1. Develop and present the 2004 Administrators' Institute November 14-17 at the Hyatt Regency in Monterey.

2. Develop and offer a Pre-Conference Institute for the 2005 California and Pacific Southwest Recreation and Park Training Conference in Sacramento.

3. Present the Administrators' Section Breakfast focusing on pertinent issues during the 2005 Conference.

4. Represent Administrators' Section interests on the 2005 Conference Program Committee.

5. Provide scholarship awards to eligible recreation/leisure students.

6. Define and promote the role of Parks and Recreation in addressing childhood obesity.

7. Support CPRS in the establishment of a Political Action Committee

8. Support Administrators' Section members through the distribution of information and facilitation of networking available on the Section's website -- "AdminNet".
